New Roche-generated data highlight the performance of Ellis Bio’s SuperMethyl™ Max and SuperMethyl™ Fast bisulfite conversion chemistries in methylation sequencing workflows using the KAPA EvoPrep Kit.

In the Roche Tech Spotlight, SuperMethyl™ Max and SuperMethyl™ Fast were evaluated alongside conventional bisulfite and enzymatic methyl-seq workflows across low-input cfDNA and gDNA samples. The data show high conversion efficiency, low false-positive rates, strong low-input performance, and compatibility with KAPA EvoPrep-based methyl-seq workflows.
